DYNAMIC PERFORATION TEST (CONE DROP TEST)

This test determines the resistance of geosynthetics to penetration by a steel cone dropped from a fixed height.

The resulting hole serves to determine the damage that the material can suffer when installed on site and exposed to the falling of sharp-edged objects, such as stones.
